Angelo Colasanti joined the Colasanti Companies in 1954 and co-founded CCK in 1983. He has been the guiding force in the company’s evolution from a small concrete contractor to the diverse industry leader it is today. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the largest full-service concrete contractors in the United States.
His involvement with CCK includes mentoring/advising executives, maintaining relationships with clients, developing goals, operating plans and organizational structure and overall review of company practices.
Throughout his career, Angelo Colasanti has served on several committees of the American Concrete Institute and other industry groups. He has also served on several boards of charitable organizations.
Chris joined the Colasanti group in 1979 and co-founded CCK Construction Services, Inc. in 1983. Under his leadership, CCK has grown into one of the best and largest full-service concrete contractors in the United States. Chris is actively involved in the day-to-day management of CCK Construction Services, Inc. including: operating plans, corporate policies, and short- and long-term objectives; establishing organizational structure; advising staff; and reviewing results of business operations.
He is also oversees the Preconstruction Department and manages the Estimating Department, which is responsible for bidding out many project types that use varying delivery methods.
Chris attended Michigan Technological University, receiving a degree in Civil Engineering. Upon graduation Chris started his career for Colasanti group in the field, learning the business from the ground up. His many years of hands-on hard work, intense desire and vision for success have been instrumental to the growth of CCK.
Anthony began his career with CCK in 2002. He is responsible for planning, managing and directing all of CCK’s construction projects. Overseeing the operations department, Anthony ensures the execution of operational goals, policies and procedures. He is a gifted leader and integral to the company’s growth and development, particularly embracing new technologies and processes to improve our current systems and work processes, making us more efficient.
He oversees hiring of additional staff to our team and cultivates, mentors and helps develop our personnel to ensure maximum development and build our leaders.
Anthony graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a bachelor of science in business in 2002. He is an active member of the ABC Central Florida Chapter and Professional Construction Estimators of America. Additionally, he is a licensed contractor in Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana and North Carolina.
Kyle Deller joined the Colasanti Companies in 1995 as a project superintendent and was promoted to vice president of operations in 2018. Kyle plays an integral role in the success of CCK projects; he is responsible for overseeing all field operations and the day to day job site activities such as scheduling, coordinating, and supervising craft employee activities for all CCK projects. He works closely with our project managers and senior staff to carry out project requirements and acts as a liaison with other departments such as engineering, estimating, labor relations, and safety to ensure work is completed to the owner’s current regulations.
Kyle’s role as vice president of operations makes him an integral part of the project team. His attention to detail, drive and determination make him invaluable to our operation and relate directly to the success of CCK.
Martha is responsible for the coordination of the home office in Orlando, FL. She facilitates efficiency in the office by planning and implementing office operations and procedures. She is responsible for all aspects of operations associated with CCK resources. She oversees all office staff and provides direct support to all projects, including, preparing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, employee expenses, office records and office resources.
Martha is also responsible for the Human Resources department (including health insurance for field/office personnel). She is extremely organized and possesses the highest level of professionalism. She is extremely valued and a major part of the success of CCK.
Don joined the Colasanti Group in 1986. Don has responsibility for all fiscal aspects of the company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. He oversees financial plans, accounting practices, cash management, accounting, budgeting, and tax and audit activities. Don is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, managing and directing relationships with business and financial vendors, and developing and implementing changes to improve systems and financial performance.
Don, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), received a BS in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University in 1979 and A Master of Science in Taxation from Walsh College in 1983.
John oversees the company’s legal interests and implements risk management and loss prevention programs, which involves negotiating contract terms with customers, vendors and business partners, management of the corporate legal structure, succession planning, advising on company-wide insurance programs, and acting as the liaison between executive management and outside legal counsel.
John received a B.S. in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Construction Management, from the University of Michigan in 1987. He graduated from the University of Texas Law School in 1993. Prior to law school, he worked as an engineer for an ENR Top 40 general contractor on a variety of engineering and heavy/highway construction projects.
Keith is a leading force on our staff, and is responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating the overall planning, manpower, budget and production of CCK’s construction projects. Additionally he oversees all field operations, including excavation, form work, rebar installation and concrete placement, while managing the project schedule, scheduling of deliveries and material orders necessary to complete projects. He excels in coordinating with subcontractors and communicates effectively to all parties involved on each project. He works closely with our project managers and senior staff to ensure the work is completed to the plans and specifications and exceeds expectation while providing customer service and adhering to CCK’s quality standards.
Keith joined the Colasanti Companies in 1992 as a journeyman carpenter. In 2007 he was promoted to superintendent and in 2014 he was again promoted to field operations manager. Keith has worked on some of CCK’s largest, most complex projects, including stadiums, parking garages, high-rise, multifamily and commercial construction.
As field operations manager, Stephen is responsible for overseeing the field teams, including excavation, formwork fabrication/ installation, rebar procurement/ placement and concrete placement while overseeing the project schedule for all projects that he is assigned. Additionally he ensures that all deliveries are scheduled by his team to ensure that each project has the appropriate materials needed onsite.
Stephen has excellent communication skills and is a true team player. He is a valued asset to our team and has over 20 years of concrete construction experience.
He works closely with our project managers and senior staff to ensure that the work is completed to the plans and specifications and exceeds expectations while providing excellent customer service and adhering to CCK’s quality standards.
Jason manages the preconstruction department; he oversees all of the estimators and assists in the collaboration between departments to ensure that accuracy of each project. He reviews drawings, specifications and other construction documents for estimating purposes and to assist in generating budgets, VE lists, design/assist, outlining potential risks, schedule development, staffing requirements, site logistics and overall constructability reviews.
Additionally, Jason supports the business development department in building client relationships. He is extremely knowledgeable in concrete construction which makes him invaluable to the project team during the design phase and throughout construction.
Ralph Weaver joined CCK Construction Services, Inc. in 2011 as project safety manager. In 2015 he was promoted to the corporate safety director. As the corporate safety director Ralph is responsible for overall company safety for all employees, all projects and our construction yard.
As CCK’s expert in all matters relating to safety he identifies potential issues, provides and coordinates training with all project managers and superintendents for all project personnel. Additionally he is responsible for safety performance implementation of training and the progressive discipline program. Safety is always our top priority and Ralph ensures it is achieved.
