CCK placed and finished 14,882 yards of concrete for an 6-story, handset, cast-in-place condominium development that included below grade parking. Project also included 534 tons of rebar and 135,600 pounds of post-tensioning cable.

CCK provided concrete services to the world famous Fontainebleau Resort located in Miami Beach, Florida. Scope of work included a 3-story, 220,000 square foot addition that included a ballroom, two (2) restaurants, pool and spa all located on the oceanfront portion of the property.

Two (2) 16-story cast-in-place condominium structures that totaled over 640,000 square feet of building. Project also included an underground parking structure, along with a cooling tower with a sculpted exterior.

27-story flat plate cast-in-place, post-tension condominium structure that included a 6-story parking structure. Overall project required over 600,000 square feet of concrete.

A 475,000 square foot stamping and assembly facility which produces underbody parts and complex welded assemblies for the automotive industry was constructed using the tilt-wall construction method.

Provided contracting services for the engine plant, energy plant, paint shop, administration building, press-weld building and assembly building. Project required over 1,500,000 square feet of new construction.

Self-performed concrete services for the General Assembly Building, for Phase I and Phase II. Scope of work included forming, placing and finishing all site concrete flatwork, along with various structural concrete.
